Ingredients:
- 1 kg passionfruit
- juice 2 lemons
- 1 kg sugar
Method:
- Cut the fruit, scoop out the pulp and place in a preserving pan.
- Add the lemon juice and then sugar.
- Heat gently, stirring until the sugar has dissolved.
- Bring to the boil and continuously boil until a little jam will set on a cold saucer.
- Pour into hot sterilised jars and seal.
