This yummy easy hazelnut slice recipe is very simple and easy to make, even kids can make it. For those of you who have a sweet tooth, this one is for you.
You will need the following to make the crumb mixture:
- 125g. butter
- 3/4 cup condensed milk
- 2 tablespoon Golden syrup
- 250 g. Arrowroot biscuit
- 1 cup flaked toasted almonds
Topping Ingredients:
- 250 g. Hazelnut chocolate bar
- 60g. copha
Procedures
Preparation Time: 20-25 minutes
Part 1:
- Place butter, condensed milk , golden syrup into a small saucepan.
- Stir over low heat till butter is melted . Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Place Arrowroot crumbs to a bowl, add Almonds and butter mixture and mix well.
- Grease and line slab tin baking pan with baking paper.
- Press mixture evenly into pan. Refrigerate.
Part 2:
· Prepare the Topping Combine chocolate and copha in a sauce pan. Stir over low heat till melted and smooth.
· To finish Pour on crumb mixture. refrigerate till set. Allow to harden in the fridge for at least two hours. Cut into squares.
Serve at afternoon tea or after dinner.
